Translation

Main Text: [cont, from last folio]... from the residence and household furniture, from cash or property, the copper dishware, sleeping attire, livestock (davvāb), property [upkeep] materials, granary, etc., few and many, that he had, remains [with] you and you must hand over to me an amount from all of them equal to my share (hissa). He had other claims as well. The dispute between them had gone on far too long and a group of benevolent and well-meaning reconciliation (muslih), intending to settle the dispute and ease the welfare of the two sides [of the argument], decided upon the following: the aforementioned Nazīr will pay, by way of a legal and correct reconciliation, the amount of one Tabrīzī Tūmān to the aforementioned Salīm, Ayn-Alī, Alī-Muhammad, and Parī and [in turn] abandon his claim upon his fixed portion (hassiya mu’ayyana) from what is known [to be left] from the aforementioned Sādiq, from his residence, household furniture, cash and property, many and few, so that their dispute could be settled. Based on this, the aforementioned Nazīr and Salīm ...

Peace Agreement (sulh nāmcha)
A legal confession (i’tirāf) was issued by the dignity-sheltering Jalāl Beg son of Murād Beg Qājār in nullifying any word or claim that he had made in relation to the felicity-effected Kāzim Beg son of so-and-so ?? a legal acknowledgment with so-an-so which was for the amount of three Tabrīzī Tūmāns was reconciled for the amount of two Tūmāns, as hereby described in the agreement. Henceforth, in no manner and for no reason will there be a claim or disagreement between him and the aforementioned. Written? such-and-such month, 1130 AH / 1718 CE
Nullification Agreement (bātil nāmcha)
Since the such-and-such amount of Tabrīzī [coins] based on a legal obligation of ?? and dignity-sheltering Muhammad Amīn son of Nadīr Khān Barāz? was taken by the hand of the lowliest subject Muhammad Safī al-din and the aforementioned amount was given to him, received by the faithful servant [??], based on the lack of the aforementioned legal obligation, it is determined that henceforth whenever the aforementioned obligation is presented it is considered nullified and without any degree of merit. Praise be [to God] and his greeting on the prophet. The cancellation Letter was penned. Written? such-and-such month.

از سراچه و اثاث البیت از نقد و جنس از فروش
وظروف مسینه آلات و جامه خواب و دواب
و مصالح الاملاک و غله و غیر ذلک از قلیل و کثیر
که داشته بود شما باقیست می باید که بقدر حصه
من از تمامی آنها تسلیم من نمایید و ادعاها[ی] دیگر
نیز میکرد و بینهم منازعه بطول انجامیده بود که
جمعی از مصلحین خیر اندیش و نیکوکیش بجهة رفع
منازعه و ترفیه حال طرفین چنین قرار دادند
که نظیر مذکور مبلغ یکتومان تبریزی بعنوان مصالحه
صحیحه شرعیه به سلیم و عین علی و علی محمد و پری مذکورون
دهد و دست از حصه معینه خود از کل ما یعرف
صادق مذبور از سراچه و اثاث البیت از
نقد و جنس و از قلیل و کثیر بردارد تا رفع منازعه
ایشان گردد و بناء علیه نظیر و سلیم مذکوران

المصالحه بعد الیوم او را بهیچوجه من الوجوه
و سببی از اسباب با مشارالیه خلف و دعوی نیست

(این) مبلغ فلان تبریزی از قرار تمسک شرعی
؟؟ و رفعت پناه محمد امین ولد ندیر خان براز
علیف؟ بدست بنده کمترین محمد صفی الدین؟ بود و
بمبلغ مذکور فوق بدو اعتا؟ واصل بنده
(مومن؟) شد بنا بر عدم تمسک مذكور مقرر
آنکه هرگاه تمسک مذکور من بعد ظاهر گردد
باطل و از درجه اعتبار ساقط بوده باشد
