- Main: [In the Water of] Naysan Must be Drunk – The opening Chapter 7, the Throne Verse (Ayat al-Kursi) 7, “And Say He is Allah, the one and Indivisible” 7, “And Say I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn” 7, “Glory be the name of your Lord, the Most High” 7, “Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind” 7, “Say O you the disbeliever” 7, “There is no God but Allah, Greeting be to Muhammad and his kin, Glory be to Allah, Praise is for Allah, there is no God but Allah, Allah is the greatest” 7. If he drinks it morning and evening (sabā va masā) for seven consecutive days, it will bring healing. How to recite the Fatiha (first chapter of the Quran) – in the morning 21, at noon 21, in the afternoon 24, in the evening 25, at night 10. Altogether must be recited one hundred times as has been tested (mujarrab) and is beneficial for all things. Discharge (khul’-i) divorce – It must be recited until they are convinced it is correct I have provided her with the dowry (mahr), maintenance (nafaqa) and clothing (kiswa) for a specified period. After that the man and woman should both, with sincere hearts, begin to recite. If his thoughts go elsewhere the divorce is void because of it. Discharge (khul’i) divorce is where the unhappiness is on behalf of the wife and she gets a divorce in return for her dowry. There is no maintenance (nafaqa). And a reversal (raj’i) divorce is where the unhappiness is on behalf of the man and he will pay the dowry and become divorced. There is maintenance. If the unhappiness is mutual it is called matching (mubarat) divorce. Its contract is recited like a revocable one and likewise has maintenance.

- متن:[ادامه از صفحه قبل: در آب] نیسان باید خورد؟ فاتحه الکتاب آیة الکرسی و قل هو الله احد قل اعوذ برب الفلق ۷ سبح اسم ربک الاعلی ۷ قل اعوذ برب الناس ۷ قل یا ایها الکافرون ۷ لا اله الا الله ۷ اللهم صل علی محمد و اله محمد ۷ سبحان الله ۷ و الحمد لله و لا اله الا الله ۷ و الله اکبر هفت روز ۷ پی در پی صبا و مسا از آن آب بیاشامد شفا است | طریق ختم؟ سوره فاتحه وقت الصبح ۲۰۱ [۲۱] وقت الظهر ۲۰۱ [۲۱] وقت العصر ۲۰۴ [۲۴] وقت المغرب ۲۰۵ [۲۵] وقت العشا ۱۰ مجموع صدبار باید خواند که مجرب و نافع است از همه چیز | طلاق خلعی انقدر بخواند که خاطر جمع بشوند اینست بزلت مهر و نفقه و کسوه موکلی فی مدة المعلوم هی فلانه ابنت فلان من موکلی هو فلان ابن فلان علی ان اطلقها به هی علی ما بزلت عنها حواشی: الطـــالق الطـــالق… فلان ابن فلان فلانه… الطلاق خُلعی در عوض مهر مسمی فی العقد… فاتحة الکتاب در پشت طلاق نامه مطلق نویسند که در تاریخ ۲۰ شهر جمادی الاخر من شهور ییلان ایل مطابق سنه ۱۱۳۷ در حضور جمعی از عدول المومنین صیغه طلاق خُلعی باسم مسماة مذکوره را ضمن در عوض مهر مسمی فی العقد او جاری شد محل مهر اول سه بار نصیحت بزن و مرد بکند که طلاق مدهید خوب نیست شاید که بازگشت نمایند احیانا اگر راضی نباشند در میان جمعی کثیر بخواند اگر در ده خواند زیاده از سی نفر جمع کند سه بار استغفرالله با جمعی بگویند بعد از آن مرد و زن بعینه در دل گرفته مشغول بخواندن بشود اگر فکری بجای دیگر نهد طلاق باطلست بواسطه انکه انشا اخبار میشود X طلاق خُلعی آنست که رنجش از طرف زن باشد در عوض مهر مطلقه میشود و نفقه نمیشود و طلاق رجعی آنست که رنجش از طرف مرد باشد باشد مهر زن را می دهد مطلقه میکند نفقه میشود و اگر رنجش از هر دو طرف باشد طلاق مُبارات میگویند صیغه اش رجعی خوانده میشود و در طلاق رجعی نفقه میشود
